My swim workout:
8×500 on 30 seconds rest as follows:
500 warm up — catch up drill every 200
500 pull with paddles
500 steady aerobic pace
500 pull with paddles
2×250 on 15 seconds rest descend
500 pull with paddles
5×100 swim on 10 seconds rest even pace
500 pull with paddles
100 warm down
TOTAL: 4100 yards
