I had an amazing weekend supporting CNN’s Fit Nation “Lucky 7” athletes as the prepared for and raced the Nautica Malibu Triathlon this past Sunday. I have a comprehensive blog post in the works recapping this incredible experience, which I will post in the next day or so.
But today my time runs short – I’m about to head out to Pasadena to be a guest on the Joe Rogan Experience podcast and I don’t want to be late. The podcast will air live on UStream at 3pm PST today, and should be uploaded to iTunes late this evening. I’m really looking forward to the conversation.
