If you follow my blog at all, you know I’m a huge fan of Rip Esselstyn. A former University of Texas All American swimmer and pro triathlete, Rip recently published his book THE ENGINE 2 DIET, which is tearing up the charts as a leading tome on plant-based based nutrition for athletes and normies alike.
His book has been blowing up — Rip has made numerous television appearances, including the Today Show and reviews in Newsweek and the Wall Street Journal. He is performing and amazing service by educating us all on the benefits of a plant-based diet and the ills of animal product nutrition.
