One more self-serving rant: the paperback version of Finding Ultra* is coming out on May 21. Sure, that’s still a bit off in the distance, but it’s already up on Amazon. Pre-order now by clicking HERE* and get it before it hits bookstores!
Thanks for listening!

Another great podcast, Rich. And I am happy to hear Julie’s voice again! “beyond kale”, too funny! I really enjoyed listening to Lisa, particularly her viewpoint on adding good foods to your diet and a step at a time. This is the way my husband and I have upgraded our nutrition and consciousness. Fitness routine is next-not that we are couch potatoes by any means, just need to fit it in our day! I also really enjoyed your conversation surrounding humans being spiritual beings having a human experience and higher vibrational food assisting us in this. There is an interesting free online teleseminar May 16th-19th called Evolve-palooza co-hosted by Steve Prussack and Bo Rinaldi. Steve and Bo are both plant based and the summit’s topic is speakers who bridge science and consciousness. Thought I’d pass this along as your podcasts address this subject as well. Thanks Rich and Julie!
Am I the only one who prefers Rich flying solo as the podcast host?
Nothing against Julie, I just think the show has a different vibe when the Mrs. is around.
I always enjoy the podcast. Julie adds a unique dimension. Rich, have you considered seeking an interview with Don Wildman (Malibu), the now 80 year old fitness wonder?
Hi Rick – would love to have Don on the show – I don’t know him personally but know some people that know him – I’ll look into it – great suggestion!
