Sahil Bloom Book Giveaway
Official Rules
Eligibility: Sahil Bloom Book Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Void outside the USA, in Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, and other United States territories and possessions. Employees, officers, and representatives of Rich Roll Enterprises, LLC (“Sponsor”), promotional agencies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee, officer, and representatives, whether or not related, are not eligible. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Participation in the Giveaway constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

Entry Period: The Giveaway begins on February 4th, 2025 at 3:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time (“PST”) and ends on or around February 14th, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. PST (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Giveaway.
How to Enter: There is one (1) way to enter:
During the Promotion Period, participants may receive a free entry by subscribing to the Rich Roll email newsletter, and completing the Google Form sent to their inbox (herein known as the “Official Entry”). You will be asked to provide basic contact information, including your name, street address, phone number, email address & birthdate (NOTE: You must complete all required fields to be eligible). By entering this Giveaway, you expressly consent to receive email communications from Sponsor, including but not limited to marketing emails, newsletters, and promotional offers. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in any marketing email. Additionally, entrants must check a required acknowledgment box on the entry form: I acknowledge that I have read and agree to the Official Rules, including the Sponsor’s collection and use of my personal information for marketing purposes. Limit: One (1) Official Entry request per valid e-mail address. All Official Entries must be completed by February 13th, 2025.
Prize: Three (3) individual winners will each receive:
- One (1) signed copy of the book The 5 Types of Wealth: A Transformative Guide to Design Your Dream Life by Sahil Bloom (approximate retail value: $30.00 USD).
- Free shipping to each winner’s final U.S. mailing address.
Winners agree to accept the prizes “as is.” Sponsor is not responsible for any warranty, representation, or guarantee related to the prizes.
Drawing: Winners will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries collected during the Promotion Period. The drawing will take place on or about February 14th, 2025, at Sponsor’s principal place of business. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all respects. If a winner is ineligible or does not comply with Giveaway rules, an alternate winner will be selected through a separate random drawing. Prize fulfillment will be handled via U.S. mail within 14 days of winner confirmation.
Odds: The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received, according to the eligibility requirements in the Giveaway.
General Terms:
By entering, you agree to:
- Abide by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding.
- Release Sponsor and its affiliates from any claims or damages resulting from participation in the Giveaway.
- Allow Sponsor to use your name, photograph, voice, and/or likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, where permitted by law.
Any attempt to tamper with, damage, or undermine the Giveaway may result in legal action. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs its integrity.
Limitations of Liability:
The Released Parties (Sponsor, its affiliates, and employees) are not responsible for:
- Incorrect or inaccurate entry information.
- Technical failures, including website or email malfunctions.
- Unauthorized human intervention.
- Late, lost, undeliverable, or stolen mail.
- Any injury or damage caused by participation in the Giveaway or use of the prize.
If an entry is lost or deleted due to an error, the entrant’s sole remedy is a replacement entry, if feasible.
Taxes: Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with their prize. If a winner receives $600 or more in prizes, Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 for tax reporting.
Disputes & Governing Law:
By entering, you agree that:
- Any disputes shall be resolved individually in the United States District Court for the Central District of California (Western Division) or the California State Court in Los Angeles County.
- Any claims shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred while entering the Giveaway.
- Punitive, incidental, and consequential damages are waived.
The Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
By entering, you acknowledge that Sponsor may use the provided information for promotional, marketing, and communication purposes, including email outreach, unless you opt out. Entrants may opt out of marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email.
